All participants must go through the accreditation procedures and be accredited. It is requested that one photo of each participant should be sent to the Organizing Committee together with the Visa/Accreditation Application Form by email or airmail and indicate the participant’s name on back of the photo.

Photo specifications are as follows:

i)Full face, half-length photo (without a hat)

ii)Linear edges (rectangular photo)

iii)Taken against a White or Light Blue background

iv)For Paper printed photo—48mm X 33mm

v)For Electronic Photo—640X480pels, less than 1M in ‘.png’ or ‘.jpg’
